Ribbon reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel your order in certain situations. For example, if the desired product is unavailable, if the product is priced incorrectly, or if the order is found to be fraudulent, Ribbon will refund the payment for unaccepted or canceled orders.
All content on the Ribbon website, including writings, designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, symbols, software, and the trademark, is exclusively owned by Ribbon and is protected by copyright.
By making a purchase or sending an email to Ribbon, you agree to receive any emails or notifications regarding your order. Ribbon reserves the right to make any modifications or changes to its website, policies, agreements, including privacy policy, terms of service, and exchange and return conditions

Return and Refund Policy:


All products must be returned within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receipt. To maintain product quality and preservation, products cannot be returned after this period unless there is a problem or defect in the product. In the case of a defect or manufacturing error, the product can be returned after notifying Ribbon.

Cases where products cannot be returned include:

    •     Submitting a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receipt for the products.
    •     Using the product, damaging it, or not keeping it in the same condition as received, or removing the product"s safety seal.
    •     Consumable products that have been used or installed.
    •     Products that have been tampered with or had their serial numbers removed.
    •     Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.


      How can I get a refund if I received a product that is not as described or damaged?

      If you receive a damaged or dissimilar product from what was selected on the Ribbon website, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging within 3 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if there is a defect or damage, we will initiate the process to refund your payment for the product and the shipping cost.
